AmCham has always recognized the contributions of its dedicated staff. Loyalty, integrity and hard work are respected employee attributes which the AmCham management and Board of Directors seek to promote and recognize. On 27 January 2006 the Board of Directors organized a special Awards Lunch to recognize the contributions of two of AmCham's key employees.

In keeping with local traditions, the Awards Lunch was organized to celebrate the 50th jubilee birthday of Husan Anarkulov and recognize his 10 years of service to the American Chamber of Commerce in Uzbekistan. Husan is working in the AmCham office as a courier since the date of AmCham establishment. AmCham members always appreciated his efficiency in delivering AmCham news bulletins and now the AmCham magazine "Business Connections". Husan is not visible but important part of Monthly Meetings and Business Mixers arrangements.

Also participating in this Awards Lunch was Tatyana Bystrushkina, Assistant to the AmCham Executive Director. She was recognized for her 2 years of faithful service and celebrated for her 25th birthday.

On behalf of AmCham, Vice President Oybek Khalilov UzAIG presented awards of appreciation to Husan and Tatyana.
