In accordance with the Bylaws of the American Chamber of Commerce in Uzbekistan the Board of Directors called the membership together for an Interim General Assembly to report on the activities of the first half of the current fiscal year and hear about the planned activities for the rest of the year. AmCham will hold its General Assembly at the end of 2007 to hear year end reports on its activities, results and future plans as well as hold elections to select a new Board of Directors for 2008. This Interim meeting in June was held at the Hotel Intercontinental. AmCham management and directors presented reports and responded to questions from the membership.
